How can I request a new password / change my password?
When a user for your email address is created for the first time, you will receive an email from 'email@example.com' containing a link to set up a password. This link will be valid for 24 hours, however should you not set up a password within that 24 hours you can always request a new password reset email. This is also the way to go if you lost your ChannelEngine password and want to reset it.
Go to https://channelengine.net (or https://youraccountname.channelengine.net) and fill in your email address in the "Email" field. An email will be send to this email address containing a new link to set up a password and gain access to ChannelEngine. Please note: these password reset links will always only be valid for 24 hours before it expires.
Do you have new email address or don't you have a user yet?
Please ask another (admin) user of your ChannelEngine account to create a new user for you or contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Do you still have access but want to change the current password?
Go to the top right corner where your name is shown (once logged in) in your account and click on it. A popup menu will appear with the option 'Change password'.
